📋 Description

• Leads other testers in specific testing activities.** • Plans and prepares test scenarios and cases for execution.** • Documents test results to ensure traceability.** • Executes tests and keeps the status up to date.** • Logs and documents defects to support reporting and resolution.** • Configures and maintains test environments.** • Escalates risks and blockers to the Test Manager.** • Ensures test coverage is reflected in standard and closure reports.** • Implements and executes automated tests using Python and Behave.** • Actively participates in daily standups and squad meetings. • **Working Conditions:** • Working hours: BST** • English level: Strong B1+** • High level of proactivity required

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Retail Banking.** • Degree / Advanced degree or equivalent practical experience.** • Hands-on experience in various aspects of systems testing.** • Strong knowledge of software testing processes, methodologies, and best practices.** • Good understanding of testing approaches within Agile frameworks.** • Experience managing small to mid-sized technical teams.** • Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering quality results.** • Effective communication skills and ability to align the team on key decisions. • **Technical Skills** • Proven experience with Python and Behave.** • Experience working with AWS services.** • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
