📋 Description

• Develop and implement enterprise data governance frameworks and operating models. • Define and maintain data quality rules, controls, and governance processes. • Manage business glossaries, data dictionaries, metadata, and data lineage. • Support master data and reference data management initiatives. • Establish data classification, retention, and privacy policies. • Collaborate with business, IT, security, and data owners to improve governance practices. • Support governance of analytical models and AI solutions. • Promote data quality, compliance, and continuous governance improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience implementing enterprise Data Governance frameworks. • Strong understanding of data ownership, stewardship, and governance operating models. • Experience with data quality management and remediation processes. • Knowledge of metadata management, data catalogues, business glossaries, and data lineage. • Experience with master data and reference data management. • Understanding of data classification, privacy, and data retention principles. • Experience working with business and technical stakeholders. • Ability to develop governance policies and translate them into practical implementation. • Nice to Have: • Experience with Microsoft Purview or similar data governance platforms. • Knowledge of GDPR or other data protection frameworks. • DAMA/CDMP or similar professional certifications. • Experience working with HR, Payroll, Finance, or other sensitive enterprise data.
