📋 Description

• - Monitor, collect, verify, and update live incident data in assigned regions. • - Use multiple real-time sources, including: • - Departments of Transportation (DOTs) • - Police and emergency CAD systems • - CCTV feeds and GPS data • - Social media (e.g., Twitter) • - Internal channels (email, Teams) • - Validate and cross-check information to ensure reliability. • - Update incidents as conditions change (e.g., lanes reopened, cleared). • - Record key details such as cause, effect, location, and direction. • - Clear incidents once resolved and confirmed by reliable sources. • - Communicate with team members and shift supervisors to clarify data or report issues.

🎯 Requirements

• - University degree or students in their final year (with ability to work fixed shift) • - Strong Intermediate English or higher • - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry • - Comfortable working in a real-time, data-driven environment • - Familiarity with mapping tools or transportation/traffic data is a bonus
