📋 Description

• Lead the definition of specification and implementation standards for the feature area, writing and maintaining executable SDD/BDD specifications • Use agentic coding tools throughout the software development lifecycle and drive AI-first development practices • Review AI-generated code and agentic attestations for correctness, edge cases, security, and specification alignment • Shape team norms for specifications, attestations, and responsible AI tool use • Advocate for Agentic and Spec-Driven Development across distributed engineering teams • Lead complex feature and cross-team system delivery from specification through production • Design, implement, and ship reliable, maintainable solutions for high-volume, high-availability SaaS environments • Identify systemic risks and compounding complexity early • Orchestrate unit and integration testing that verifies real behavior • Define technical standards across the AI software development lifecycle • Mentor L1 and L2 engineers and provide technical guidance • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA engineers • Communicate through specifications, code reviews, and asynchronous updates • Participate in agile ceremonies, Sprint Reviews, Program Reviews, and technical presentations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing enterprise or SaaS software in production environments • Daily production fluency with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or equivalents • Proven experience with spec-first workflows, attestation practices, BDD, and SDD • Demonstrated ability to ship complex features independently end-to-end • Proficiency in modern backend/full-stack technologies, especially Golang, PHP, or Node.js/TypeScript • Solid unit and integration testing skills • Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs • Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL data stores • Experience maintaining automated unit, integration, or end-to-end test suites • Experience in Agile delivery environments with CI/CD pipelines • Strong written communication skills for specifications, code reviews, and asynchronous updates • Preferred: experience with AWS or equivalent cloud platforms and microservices architectures • Preferred: familiarity with containerization, infrastructure-as-code, or observability tooling • Preferred: experience developing or integrating production AI/ML features • Preferred: background in B2B SaaS, CRM, or revenue technology
