📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the CTO and founding engineer • Develop maintainable Python/FastAPI backends for APIs • Leverage AWS cloud services to enable a complex workflow engine • Build the backend for a large language model application on AWS cloud • Work with front-end engineers and the product manager to deliver key backend functionality at a fast pace

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ year experience with Python • Experience with REST service frameworks such as Django, Flask, and FastAPI • Deep understanding of ORM, data modeling, and management tools including SQLAlchemy, Alembic, and Pydantic • Past experience with AWS Lambda and Step Functions to manage workflow engines • Experience managing cloud infrastructure through IaC frameworks such as CDK or Terraform is a plus • Strong background in TDD practice and expert-level experience driving TDD product development using frameworks such as pytest • Self-motivated and accountable, with a penchant for delivering high-caliber software • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting • Fluent in English
