• Handle inbound calls and enquiries from potential legal clients • Conduct legal intakes and gather case-related information • Qualify leads and assess case eligibility • Schedule consultations with attorneys • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in CRM systems
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales or client-facing roles (legal intake experience preferred) • Strong communication and listening skills • Comfortable working with sensitive and confidential information • Target-driven and highly organised
