📋 Description
• Negotiate and reduce medical bills and liens for personal injury cases • Communicate with medical providers, lien holders, and insurance entities • Prepare and finalize settlement statements and disbursement documentation • Ensure accurate calculations and compliance prior to client disbursement • Maintain organized case records and update internal case management systems • Collaborate closely with attorneys and case managers to ensure timely resolutions
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience working with personal injury settlements and resolutions • Strong background in medical bill and lien reduction • Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) – required • Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy • Ability to manage multiple files in a fast-paced legal environment • Strong communication and negotiation skills
