📋 Description

• Design scalable, maintainable architectures for new projects using modern fullstack technologies. • Provide accurate technical estimates, identify risks, and create realistic project plans based on business realities. • Develop robust, production-ready applications using Next.js, React, and complementary backend technologies (Node.js, TypeScript, etc.). • Conduct code reviews, establish best practices. Set the technical direction and quality standards. • Champion the adoption of AI-powered development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, etc.) to enhance productivity and code quality while maintaining best practices. • Work with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and implement CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment. • Establish and maintain quality standards including unit testing, integration testing, code coverage, and security best practices. Implement monitoring and observability solutions. • Participate in client meetings, technical discussions, and RFP responses. Understand client requirements, propose solutions, and establish credibility as a technical expert.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience with at least 3+ years in full stack development. • Expert-level proficiency in React and Next.js, with a deep understanding of modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems. • Prior experience as a technical lead or architect in client-facing roles. • Hands-on experience with backend technologies (Node.js, Express, or equivalent), databases (SQL & NoSQL), and REST/GraphQL APIs. • Strong understanding of containerization (Docker) and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). • Proven experience in presales activities: presenting solutions to clients, writing technical proposals, and translating business requirements into technical specifications. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Proven track record of estimating projects accurately and delivering on time. • Strong understanding of software quality practices: unit testing, integration testing, code review processes, and continuous integration/deployment. • Experience with version control (Git) and modern development workflows (Agile/Scrum).
