📋 Description

• Leading technical workshops, discovery phases, and deep-dive assessments with enterprise clients • Designing and implementing end-to-end AI/Data strategies and architectures aligned with business objectives • Driving the execution of complex AI/Data projects across design, implementation, integration, and scaling • Guiding clients through best practices, emerging technologies, and operationalization of AI/Data capabilities • Collaborating with business, product, and engineering stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes • Mentoring internal teams, contributing to knowledge-sharing initiatives, and strengthening intive’s consulting practice • Supporting business growth by identifying new opportunities and shaping consulting offerings

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years of hands-on experience in AI/Data projects, with proven success delivering solutions for enterprise clients • Strong communication skills, including leading workshops, translating complex technical topics into business insights, and building long-term client relationships • Ability to mentor teams, set delivery direction, and ensure alignment between business goals and technical strategies • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to shape consulting offerings and drive new opportunities • Fluent English (mandatory). Polish, German, or Spanish are a plus. • Advanced programming skills (Python) • Proficiency in at least one major cloud platform • Deep expertise in at least one of the following domains: Data Engineering, AI Solution Architecture, and Machine Learning & Data Science
