📋 Description
• You are responsible for the ongoing accounting of real-estate-related partnerships and corporations for our internal and external clients • Tasks include, among others: maintaining fixed asset and general ledger accounts • Accounts payable accounting & execution of payments • Bank accounting • Importing, evaluating and reconciling data from property accounting • Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB • Onboarding of new client companies and their service providers • Point of contact for clients, auditors and tax advisors • In our team we support one another and always work hand in hand!
🎯 Requirements
• Commercial vocational training, preferably with further qualification as Accountant, Financial Accountant, Certified Balance Sheet Accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter), Tax Clerk, Accounting Specialist, Business Economist with focus on accounting, a comparable qualification or university degree • Solid accounting knowledge under HGB is required • SAP skills such as SAP-FI and S/4HANA are an advantage • Good MS Office skills, especially Word & Excel • Teamwork skills and an independent working style • Career changers to the industry are also warmly welcome!
