📋 Description

• Create high-impact short-form video for social platforms, with a strong point of view • Own post-production across performance campaigns and editorial content • Lead the full edit: from structure and pacing to motion, sound design, and final polish • Execute against Intro’s brand guidelines while staying native to platform trends and formats • Manage deliverables independently with detailed specs and fast turnarounds • Publish and optimize content with strong visuals, metadata, and copy • Develop and test new video formats that drive engagement and audience growth • Thrive in a fast-moving, async environment where speed, taste, and scrappiness matter • Collaborate closely with a world-class team of creative entrepreneurs • This is a hands-on, execution-heavy freelance role with room to shape formats and creative direction

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a professional video editor (or equivalent real-world experience) • Strong hands-on experience in Adobe Premiere and/or Final Cut Pro • A solid portfolio of short-form video, ideally for social and marketing use cases • Deep familiarity with major social platforms and their native video formats • Comfort working with async teams and tools like Figma, Frame.io, and Dropbox
