📋 Description

• Lead monthly and quarterly FP&A deliverables, executive reporting, and performance insights. • Manage annual budgeting and forecasting cycles, coordinating with cross-functional leaders. • Enhance the company’s financial model to support driver-based forecasting, scenario planning, and long-range strategic analysis. • Deliver deep analysis on key SaaS drivers, including ARR, bookings, churn, NRR/GRR, pipeline trends, and cash efficiency. • Translate financial data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive decision-making and operational efficiency. • Build product-level and customer-level margin analysis to improve profitability visibility. • Partner with Product and Revenue Operations teams on pricing, packaging, and revenue quality assessments. • Provide financial insights that influence investment decisions, product strategy, and business cases for new initiatives. • Strengthen financial data infrastructure through tools such as Power BI, FinQore, Salesforce, and Sage Intacct. • Standardize financial metrics, bookings definitions, and revenue recognition rules across systems. • Improve data accuracy and automate recurring reporting to increase scalability and efficiency. • Support headcount planning, resource allocation, and investment prioritization through robust financial frameworks. • Identify and communicate forward-looking risks and opportunities. • Review and elevate the quality of models, analysis, and reporting prepared by junior team members.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of progressive FP&A or Strategic Finance experience in B2B SaaS (required). • Strong grasp of SaaS metrics such as ARR, churn, retention, NRR/GRR, CAC, LTV, and payback periods. • Deep analytical skills with commercial acumen and the ability to influence decision-making. • Proven experience building driver-based financial models and delivering actionable insights. • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI; knowledge of FinQore, Salesforce, and Sage Intacct is an asset. • Excellent data storytelling and executive communication skills. • Ability to simplify complex analyses into clear insights for non-financial stakeholders. • Experience mentoring or reviewing the work of junior finance professionals.
