📋 Description

• Analyze business requirements and structure open or unclear problem statements • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable solution specifications • Work closely in a delivery tandem with business units, SMEs, Data Analysts and Technical Analysts • Facilitate coordination between business stakeholders and implementation teams • Ensure a shared understanding of goals and problems • Provide transparent documentation and modeling of requirements, processes and solution options • Develop decision-ready solution concepts considering benefits, effort, risks and impacts • Prepare well-founded decision materials for stakeholders • Contribute domain knowledge in collections, receivables management, finance or payments • Actively shape the establishment and ongoing development of the delivery structure

🎯 Requirements

• Solid knowledge of business analysis, process modeling and requirements management • Ability to analyze and understand business processes, system landscapes and data flows • Confident and persuasive communication in German and English, both written and spoken • Experience facilitating workshops and alignment meetings • Structured, analytical and pragmatic way of working • Ideally, initial experience in collections, receivables management, finance or payment processes • Degree or equivalent professional qualification • Self-initiative and a proactive approach • Independent and responsible working style • Willingness to take on responsibility
