• Drive utilization of the da Vinci system by providing clinical and system support during operating room procedures in the assigned territory • Support symposiums, exhibitions, and market development events • Integrate the da Vinci system at new customer sites by implementing robotic programs • Conduct da Vinci system training for surgeons and hospital staff • Deliver system in-service and onsite training to surgical team members • Mentor and support onboarding of new hires • Manage key accounts • Manage administrative tasks, including billing, invoices, reconciliation, and instrument delivery • Partner with the capital team to resolve customer issues related to contracts and services • Develop a sales plan tailored to the local market with the da Vinci Clinical Sales Manager • Become a clinical expert across primary operating room procedures • Work with senior hospital staff and surgeons to integrate the da Vinci system at new customer sites • Develop clinical plans enabling surgical teams to use the system independently within a reasonable timeframe • Convert high-potential leads and drive training activities • Drive sales of instruments and accessories through new product introductions and solution selling
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English • Bachelor’s degree and equivalent • Minimum 3 years of sales experience to clinics and hospitals • Track record in sales, preferably with a medical device or pharmaceutical company • Life science background, operating room knowledge, or clinical foundation preferred • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to travel up to 50%, dependent upon account distribution
