📋 Description

• Develop and implement clinical sales activities to achieve and exceed senior management goals • Expand clinical usage across existing accounts • Sell and train new surgeons in applicable specialties • Manage training and education within the installed base • Lead new da Vinci® Surgical System installations • Prospect for new system installations and upgrades • Provide the clinical sales team with new or updated product information • Work with training and marketing departments to implement strategies and programs • Hire, train, and develop da Vinci Clinical Sales Representatives • Manage and direct clinical utilization of the da Vinci® Surgical System within the assigned region

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years sales experience, including 5 or more years in medical device sales • Proven track record managing and developing a sales force in the medical device industry • Strong background in clinical sales • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to travel up to 50%, dependent upon account distribution • Experience with remote field management • Experience implementing a sales process platform and presentation skills • Knowledge of the Operating Room environment • Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent required • Fluent in English and local language preferred • Success introducing new technologies to the market is a plus
