📋 Description

• Clinically sell to maximize utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System in the Idaho territory • Partner with the Clinical Sales Manager to develop a sales strategy driving robot utilization • Mentor surgical teams through training sessions, OR integration, and da Vinci Surgery applications • Serve as a da Vinci Surgery resource across primary surgical specialties • Support regional Sales and Marketing events to create system awareness and procedure adoption • Develop a da Vinci Surgery plan for each surgical team so they can use the system unsupervised • Expand the user base by working with key opinion leaders • Drive sales of instruments and accessories • Mentor new team members • Manage administrative tasks, sales activities, and expense reports

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must live within or be willing to relocate to Boise, ID • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including 2+ years in healthcare sales • Ability to travel up to 25% • Ability to work nights and weekends as needed • Bachelor’s degree required • Knowledge of the Operating Room environment preferred • Proven record of success • Ambition and exceptional work ethic • Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment • Excellent interpersonal skills and persuasive communication skills • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team • May require current proof of vaccination against certain diseases, including COVID-19 • Must satisfy applicable U.S. export-control requirements, including obtaining an export license and/or executing a Technology Control Plan if applicable
