📋 Description

• Develop a sales plan tailored to the local market with the da Vinci Clinical Sales Manager • Become a da Vinci Surgery expert across primary operating-room procedures • Assist in developing surgical teams • Work with senior hospital staff and key surgeons to integrate the da Vinci system at new customer sites • Develop surgery plans for surgical teams to support independent technology use • Drive da Vinci system utilization by collaborating with surgical teams • Expand the user base and develop a qualified lead funnel through presentations, events and get-togethers • Convert high-potential leads and drive training activities • Drive sales of instruments and accessories through product introductions and solution selling • Manage administrative tasks, including sales and procedure reporting and expense reports • Lead surgical team training sessions on system operations, OR integration and da Vinci Surgery applications • Provide guidance on use of the da Vinci Surgical System

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including 2 or more years in healthcare sales • Proven track record in sales, achievement and leadership • Excellent interpersonal skills • Persuasive communication skills • Success in introducing new technologies to the market is a plus • Knowledge of the Operating Room environment preferred
