• Support the surgical team by providing guidance, insights, and training on the use of the da Vinci® Surgical System. • Lead all technical in-service training for customers, including OR staff, surgeons, and others. • Contribute to the quarterly sales targets of the Clinical Sales Manager team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or several years of relevant professional experience. • Fluent in English and German is required. • Ambitious with a strong work ethic. • Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. • Excellent interpersonal skills and persuasive communication abilities. • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team. • Willingness to travel up to 50%. • Sales closing experience is a plus.
