📋 Description

• Partner with the Richmond, VA team in a 24+ month developmental role • Gain knowledge of technical, clinical, and sales aspects of Intuitive’s robotic-assisted surgery and minimally invasive care business • Assist sales representatives with surgeon trainings, hospital robotic development, and overall territory management • Guide technical in-services for customers, including operating room staff and surgeons • Sell the benefits of advanced technology to existing robotic users and contribute to team quotas • Gain experience in goal setting, territory mapping, and quota attainment preparation • Manage administrative tasks, including sales/procedure reporting, sales-activity outcomes, and expense-report submission

🎯 Requirements

• Must live within or be willing to relocate to the Richmond, VA area • Minimum 1 year of leadership (military) experience or 1 year of outside sales experience • Bachelor’s degree required • Ability to travel up to 25% • Ability to work nights and weekends as needed • Proven record of success • Ambition and exceptional work ethic • Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment • Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team • May be required to show current proof of vaccination against certain diseases, including COVID-19 • May be subject to U.S. export controls, export licensing, and/or a Technology Control Plan
