📋 Description

• Partner with the Tallahassee/Panama City team in a 24+ month developmental role • Gain knowledge of technical, clinical, and sales aspects of the business • Assist sales representatives with surgeon training, hospital robotic development, and territory management • Guide technical in-services for customers, including operating room staff and surgeons • Sell the benefits of advanced technology to existing robotic users and contribute to team quotas • Gain experience in goal setting, mapping, and attainment in preparation for a subsequent quota-bearing role • Manage administrative tasks, including reporting sales/procedures and sales activity outcomes • Submit expense reports

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1-year leadership (military) experience or 1 year of outside sales experience required • Ability to travel up to 25% • Ability to work nights and weekends as needed • Bachelor’s degree required • Proven record of success • Ambition and exceptional work ethic • Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment • Excellent interpersonal skills and persuasive communication skills • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team • Candidates must live within or be willing to relocate to the Tallahassee or Panama City area • Must show current proof of vaccination against certain diseases, including COVID-19, if required by Intuitive and/or customers • Candidates may be subject to U.S. export control requirements
