• Partner with the Thousand Oaks/North Los Angeles team in a 24+ month developmental role • Gain knowledge of technical, clinical, and sales aspects of Intuitive’s robotic-assisted surgery business • Assist sales representatives with surgeon training, hospital robotic development, and overall territory management • Guide technical in-services for operating-room staff, surgeons, and other customers • Sell the benefits of advanced technology to existing robotic users and contribute to overall team quotas • Gain experience in goal setting, territory mapping, and attainment in preparation for a future quota-bearing role • Manage administrative tasks, including sales/procedure reporting, sales-activity outcomes, and expense-report submission
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in the military or 1 year of outside sales experience required • Ability to travel up to 25% • Ability to work nights and weekends as needed • Bachelor’s degree required • Must live within or be willing to relocate to Thousand Oaks, California • Proven record of success preferred • Ambition and exceptional work ethic preferred • Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment preferred • Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills preferred • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team preferred • May need to provide current proof of vaccination against certain diseases, including COVID-19 • May be subject to U.S. export-control requirements
