📋 Description

• Provide expert clinical support, education, and training to physicians, nurses, and hospital staff on the use of da Vinci cardiac surgery, devices and therapies• Partner closely with the sales team to ensure safe and effective product adoption while driving positive patient outcomes• Provide on-site case support in the operating room or hybrid OR for robotic cardiac procedures• Serve as a clinical expert for product setup, troubleshooting, and optimal use during live cases• Ensure compliance with clinical and safety protocols• Conduct training for physicians and care team members on proper use and best practices• Support new site start-ups by delivering onboarding programs and in-services• Act as a resource for ongoing education and product updates• Collaborate with local sales team and business partners to execute the appropriate clinical plan for system autonomy• Provide clinical insights to the commercial team to shape strategy and drive business growth• Communicate and collaborate with ancillary equipment manufacturers to ensure overall programmatic success• Collect and communicate customer feedback to internal teams, staying up-to-date on clinical literature and competitive products

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in science or business)• 2+ years of experience in a cardiac-related clinical role (electrophysiology, interventional cardiology, cardiac surgery, or critical care)• Prior industry experience in medical devices is strongly preferred• Deep understanding of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and interventional procedures• Excellent communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills• Ability to work in high-pressure environments (OR/cath lab)• Adaptability to evolving technologies and complex procedures• Team oriented with a commercial mindset• Flexibility to travel extensively (75%)• Fluent in English and German is required.
