đ Description
⢠Provide expert clinical support, education, and training to physicians, nurses, and hospital staff on the use of da Vinci cardiac surgery, devices and therapies⢠Partner closely with the sales team to ensure safe and effective product adoption while driving positive patient outcomes⢠Provide on-site case support in the operating room or hybrid OR for robotic cardiac procedures⢠Serve as a clinical expert for product setup, troubleshooting, and optimal use during live cases⢠Ensure compliance with clinical and safety protocols⢠Conduct training for physicians and care team members on proper use and best practices⢠Support new site start-ups by delivering onboarding programs and in-services⢠Act as a resource for ongoing education and product updates⢠Collaborate with local sales team and business partners to execute the appropriate clinical plan for system autonomy⢠Provide clinical insights to the commercial team to shape strategy and drive business growth⢠Communicate and collaborate with ancillary equipment manufacturers to ensure overall programmatic success⢠Collect and communicate customer feedback to internal teams, staying up-to-date on clinical literature and competitive products
đŻ Requirements
⢠Bachelorâs degree required (preferably in science or business)⢠2+ years of experience in a cardiac-related clinical role (electrophysiology, interventional cardiology, cardiac surgery, or critical care)⢠Prior industry experience in medical devices is strongly preferred⢠Deep understanding of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and interventional procedures⢠Excellent communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills⢠Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills⢠Ability to work in high-pressure environments (OR/cath lab)⢠Adaptability to evolving technologies and complex procedures⢠Team oriented with a commercial mindset⢠Flexibility to travel extensively (75%)⢠Fluent in English and German is required.
