📋 Description

• Work closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to gain knowledge in all aspects of the business, including technical, clinical, and sales. • Become a technical and sales expert on the da Vinci® Surgical System across all primary surgical specialties. • Develop surgical robotics programs in the assigned territory. • Support surgical teams by providing guidance, insight, and training on the use of the da Vinci® Surgical System. • Lead technical in‑services for customers, including OR staff, surgeons, and other clinical personnel. • Contribute to the Clinical Sales Manager team’s quarterly sales goals by influencing customer behavior and adoption. • Support and coordinate regional sales and marketing development events under the direction of the local sales management team. • Manage administrative tasks, including reporting of sales/procedures, tracking outcomes of sales activities, and submission of expense reports.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or several years of relevant professional experience. • Fluency in German and English is required. • Ambitious, with a strong work ethic. • Ability to excel in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment. • Excellent interpersonal skills and persuasive communication abilities. • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team. • Willingness to travel up to 50%. • Sales degree or formal sales training is a plus.
