📋 Description
• Lead hospital site consulting initiatives based on observation and training • Engage with Hospital Executives and Leadership teams on leadership and communication strategies • Manage complex, extended customer engagements • Promote collaboration with Genesis and cross functional teammates
🎯 Requirements
• B.S./B.A. degree preferred or equivalent clinical/medical degree or experience • 2-4 years of documented professional experience in healthcare/hospital management • Business acumen – ability to function in an executive business environment • Demonstrable expertise and experience in delivery of consulting services • Ability to travel up to 50 - 70%
