📋 Description
• Support hospitals and surgical teams through onsite and remote consulting services for da Vinci Surgery • Identify and implement best practices for robotic program standardization, operational efficiency, team training, cost management, and block time utilization • Build expertise in Intuitive technologies, instruments, and accessories, including use, application, troubleshooting, and handling • Independently manage the assigned territory and balance consulting engagements with administrative responsibilities • Design and deliver Genesis OR consulting and educational initiatives for selected customer accounts • Lead complex, long-term consulting engagements with hospital stakeholders and cross-functional Intuitive teams • Identify challenges, utilization barriers, and strategic opportunities • Align hospital stakeholders on priorities and implementation plans • Track progress and maintain regular communication against shared timelines • Deliver in-person and virtual consulting focused on workflow standardization, OR efficiency, staff training, cost containment, block scheduling, and new system integration • Analyze customer usage patterns and performance data to tailor engagements and demonstrate measurable value • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Services, Customer Training, Customer Service, and Technical Support • Support Genesis and Intuitive conferences, congresses, and training sessions • Participate in new product launches, training, and integration planning • Gather and report customer feedback and concerns through internal channels
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) preferred; equivalent clinical, medical, or healthcare-related experience also considered • Minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience in healthcare or hospital management • Experience ideally in a B2B sales role or hospital-based leadership position • Demonstrated experience working in or with Operating Room departments • Track record of achieving results through team collaboration • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to present confidently to diverse audiences and group sizes • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-energy, fast-paced environment • Flexible and adaptable work schedule, including occasional extended hours • Strong business acumen and ability to operate within healthcare stakeholder environments • Ability to communicate clearly and consistently across multiple organizational levels • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent tools • Experience with project management and complex, customer-facing initiatives related to OR efficiency, productivity, or cost containment • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Catalan required • Willingness to travel up to 70% • Training or certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or Change Management is a plus
