📋 Description
• Deliver onsite and remote consulting services to hospitals and surgical teams using da Vinci Surgery • Identify and implement best practices for robotic program standardization, operational efficiency, team training, cost management, and block time utilization • Partner with hospital leadership and Sales, Marketing, Customer Training, Customer Service, and Technical Support teams • Build expertise in Intuitive technologies, instruments, accessories, troubleshooting, and proper handling • Independently manage the assigned territory and balance customer engagements with administrative responsibilities • Design and deliver Genesis OR consulting and educational initiatives for selected customer accounts • Lead complex, multi-layered customer engagements and develop customized actionable solutions • Identify challenges, utilization barriers, and strategic opportunities • Align hospital stakeholders on priorities and implementation plans • Track progress and maintain communication against shared timelines • Provide consulting on workflow standardization, operating room efficiency, staff training, cost containment, block scheduling, and new system integration • Analyze customer usage patterns and performance data to tailor engagements and demonstrate measurable value • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on customer strategy and execution • Improve the quality and impact of Genesis content and services • Support Genesis and Intuitive conferences, congresses, and training sessions • Support rollout and adoption of new Intuitive products and solutions, including training and integration planning • Gather and report customer feedback and concerns through internal channels
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) preferred; equivalent clinical, medical, or healthcare-related experience also considered • Minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience in healthcare or hospital management • Ideally experience in a B2B sales role or hospital-based leadership position • Demonstrated experience working in or with Operating Room departments • Track record of achieving results through team collaboration • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to present confidently to diverse audiences and group sizes • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-energy, fast-paced environment • Flexible and adaptable work schedule, including occasional extended hours • Strong business acumen and ability to operate within healthcare stakeholder environments • Ability to communicate clearly and consistently across multiple organizational levels • Training or certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or Change Management is a plus • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or equivalent tools • Experience with project management • Strong record of leading complex, customer-facing initiatives related to operating room efficiency, productivity, or cost containment • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Catalan required • Willingness to travel up to 70% • Minimum of 24 months in the role expected before eligibility for internal mobility
