📋 Description

• Manage the process of moving digital projects from concept to execution and evaluation • Build rapport and manage relationships with internal team members and clients to create and deliver all elements of each project • Generate and maintain client project schedules and track all digital work in progress using Accelo, Trello, or a related software • Act as a client advocate within the agency, representing the clients’ goals and needs • Create, scope, maintain, and track key project timelines and budget • Champion proper usage of time management • Must be highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects with many moving pieces, weighing priorities effectively

🎯 Requirements

• Intermediate knowledge of digital strategy and execution • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) • Ability to take on and manage multiple projects on tight deadlines • Understanding of client relationships • Hands on experience with software/web/ecommerce development (bonus experience) • Experience working for a web or creative agency (bonus experience) • Experience in sales or working with a sales team (bonus experience) • Familiarity with Google Workspace (bonus experience) • Knowledge of HTML and CSS (bonus experience) • Knowledge of UX and responsive design (bonus experience) • Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics and Digital Marketing strategies (bonus experience) • College degree or above • PMP Certification (bonus experience)
