📋 Description

• Develop and manage web design, development, and digital marketing for merchants on BigCommerce, WordPress, and other platforms • Work with clients on various scales ranging from template installations to complete website management • Collaborate with team members during business hours on the U.S. east coast

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in HTML and CSS • Comfortable with Photoshop and Illustrator authoring • Experience providing technical support and customer service • Basic knowledge of SEO techniques • Creative, Critical, and Analytical thinking • Time management and the ability to meet deadlines • Must be detail oriented, intelligent, willing and able to learn on your own, follow directions and have excellent math skills • Excellent communications skills, written and verbal English, along with customer service orientation • Experience with database driven ecommerce applications / platforms (bonus) • Familiarity with online payment gateways and other ecommerce service providers (bonus) • Knowledge of web hosting environments and technologies (bonus)
