• Audit, edit, optimize, and maintain existing website content with a focus on UX, SEO, and accessibility • Create, stage and format new website content, including but not limited to blog posts and TransLash Wire articles • Recommend and execute discoverability and engagement optimizations • Execute, implement and maintain SEO and SOP best practices across digital content • Monitor content performance and propose optimizations based on data insights and search trends • Collaborate with colleagues, writers, editors, and others to align on content strategy
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5 years experience in digital content production, SEO writing, website management, or similar roles • Expert understanding of SEO best practices and content performance tools • Strong command of grammar, AP Style (or similar), and plain language principles • Experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress), Google docs, and collaborative editing
