📋 Description

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders • Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops to elicit and validate business requirements • Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for simplification, standardisation, automation, and digital transformation • Assess business demands, evaluate solution options, and support demand prioritisation and governance activities • Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), user stories, use cases, workflow diagrams, wireframes, and acceptance criteria • Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, traceability, and change management throughout the project lifecycle • Participate in solution design workshops and ensure business requirements are accurately reflected in proposed solutions • Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenarios and business user coordination • Support deployment planning, operational handover, and post-implementation reviews • Produce and maintain high-quality business and project documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field • Minimum 7 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst across the full solution lifecycle (SL3 Seniority Level) • Strong experience in business requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and traceability • Experience with business process analysis and modelling using BPMN, UML, or similar methodologies • Experience supporting solution design, development, testing, implementation, and transition to operations • Experience working on medium- to large-scale cross-functional projects in international environments • Familiarity with Agile, Hybrid, and/or PRINCE2 or PMI delivery methodologies • Strong stakeholder management and business relationship management skills • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Excellent documentation and presentation skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Visio, and Microsoft Copilot • Professional proficiency in English
