📋 Description

• Invert mission to dramatically reduce the dollar and time cost of using biology to manufacture ~everything; our customers use bioprocessing to do things like produce new therapies, create biomaterials, and manufacture essential chemicals cleanly • We provide tools to automate the design, execution, and analysis of all that work • The Invert team is comprised of creative engineers, data scientists, biologists, and more, supported by investors; we value diversity and remote-first collaboration • You will join one of our European engineering teams to tackle challenging product-based questions: Backend: Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL; Infrastructure: Terraform on AWS; Frontend: Next.js TS, Tailwind on Vercel; Collaboration: GitHub, Linear, Slack, Notion • The role: Senior Software Engineer; ship features, make sound technical decisions, and provide leadership for scaling user base and product surface area • The package: high-growth startup; fully remote across US/EU timezones; competitive salary, equity, and benefits; new laptop/monitor; team offsites; unlimited PTO • Interview process: four stages including Discovery, Technical Coding Challenge, Technical Leadership Challenge, Founder Chat, Head of Engineering Chat
