📋 Description

• Data Analysis: Familiarity with analyzing product and business metrics to identify pain points and opportunities. • Systems Thinking: Ability to think systemically, understanding how design tools impact and interact within a larger ecosystem. • Journey and Process Mapping: Experience mapping product and service journeys and creating blueprints, identifying pain points and needs that, when addressed, improve workflows and efficiency. • Storytelling: Communicating and presenting work in an organized, structured, and objective way, engaging stakeholders and conveying the value of design. Strong narrative and oral communication skills. • Visual Design: Proven experience planning, conceptualizing, creating, and prototyping interfaces across platforms. Solid mobile experience. A portfolio demonstrating attention to detail, visual hierarchy, and mastery of UI principles. • UX Design: Experience applying user-centered design principles, including research, persona creation, user journey mapping, and scenario/use-case development. • Content Design: Ability to write concise, clear copy aligned with the experience strategy of the designed solution. • Discovery: Ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative research and usability testing to explore, validate, and iterate proposed solutions. • Tools: Proficiency with design, prototyping, research, and project management tools such as Figma, Miro, Useberry, Maze, Clarity, SurveyMonkey, Kanbanize, Jira, and similar tools. • Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex problems critically and work proactively on solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience as a Product Designer/UX Designer, preferably with complex digital products. • Proven experience with credit products or financial services, understanding regulatory, operational, and risk constraints. • Mastery of UI, visual design principles, accessibility, and responsiveness, combined with expertise in tools (Figma, Design Systems) and the ability to create consistent, scalable, user-centered interfaces. • Proficiency in UX Research, discovery, validation techniques, and continuous experience evaluation. • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and the ability to turn data into strategic decisions. • Skill in information architecture and creating intuitive interactions driven by user behavior. • Ability to connect user insights, data, and business vision to influence product strategy. • Proactive, ownership-driven profile: works autonomously, takes an investigative approach, and is impact-oriented—identifying opportunities before they become problems.
