📋 Description

• Kurdish (Sorani) language experts who live and breathe phonetics, morphology, syntax, regional dialects, colloquial expressions, and cultural references to train AI models. • You’ll challenge advanced language models on topics like contextual interpretation, dialectical distinctions, semantic accuracy, and cultural nuance—documenting every failure mode so we can harden model reasoning. • On a typical day, you will converse with the model in Sorani Kurdish across a wide range of topics, verify linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance, capture reproducible error traces, and suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics. • A degree in Linguistics, Middle Eastern Studies, Translation, or a related field is ideal; professional experience in teaching, translation, language documentation, or community work signals fit. • Ready to turn your Kurdish (Sorani) expertise into the knowledge base for tomorrow’s AI? • We offer a pay range of $8-to-$65 per hour, with the exact rate determined after evaluating your experience, expertise, and geographic location. • Final offer amounts may vary from the pay range listed above.
