• Are you a Quechua language specialist eager to shape the future of AI? Large-scale language models are evolving from clever chatbots into powerful tools for communication, education, and cultural preservation. • That training data begins with you—we need your expertise to help power the next generation of AI. • We’re looking for Quechua language specialists who live and breathe regional dialects, phonetics, syntax, idiomatic expressions, oral traditions, and cultural references. • You’ll challenge advanced language models on topics like contextual interpretation, tone and meaning, dialectical distinctions, semantic accuracy, and cultural nuance—documenting every failure mode so we can harden model reasoning. • On a typical day, you will converse with the model in Quechua across a wide range of topics, verify linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance, capture reproducible error traces, and suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics. • A degree in Linguistics, Indigenous Studies, Translation, or a related field is ideal; professional experience in teaching, translation, language documentation, or community work signals fit. • Clear, metacognitive communication—"showing your work"—is essential. • Ready to turn your Quechua expertise into the knowledge base for tomorrow’s AI?
