📋 Description

• Spanish (Colombia) language expert to shape AI by contributing high-quality training data. • Specialists who live and breathe grammar, orthography, vocabulary, idiomatic expressions, and cultural references unique to Colombia; will challenge advanced models on regional colloquialisms, contextual interpretation, tone adaptation, syntactic accuracy, and semantic precision; document failure modes. • Daily tasks: converse with the model in Spanish (Colombia), verify linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance, capture reproducible error traces, and suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics. • Education: A degree in Linguistics, Translation, Spanish Language, Literature, or related field is ideal; professional experience in teaching, translation, localization, or editorial work signals fit; clear, metacognitive communication—“showing your work”—is essential. • Salary/Contract details: We offer a pay range of $8-to-$65 per hour; rate determined after evaluating experience and location; contractor provides a secure computer and high-speed internet; company-sponsored benefits do not apply.
