📋 Description

• Converse with language models on language scenarios • Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness • Capture reproducible error traces • Document model failure modes • Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics • Challenge advanced language models on Norteño linguistic topics • Help train AI models using Norteño language expertise

🎯 Requirements

• Norteño language expertise, including grammar, syntax, morphology, phonology, semantics, and pragmatics • Ability to evaluate verb conjugation, case systems, word order, declensions, gender, and stylistic variation • Native-level fluency and deep, practical understanding of Norteño dialect nuances • Clear, metacognitive communication and ability to “show your work” • A bachelor's degree in Norteño language, linguistics, or a closely related field is ideal • Extensive experience in teaching, translation, or community-based linguistic projects can substitute for a formal degree
