📋 Description

• Produce original, high-fidelity AI-generated images and videos using prompt engineering, model training, and custom internal tooling • Work across the client roster on client-facing image and video generation • Develop, test, and improve internal AI creative tools • Use AI models and tools including Flux, Midjourney, Gemini image models, MiniMax, Wan, ComfyUI, fal.ai, Replicate, Topaz, Krea, and Adobe CC • Collaborate with motion graphics designers, video editors, graphic designers, post-production, creative, and strategy teams • Develop and refine prompt architectures, iterative and batch workflows, reference libraries, and reusable presets • Maintain tools, report bugs and edge cases, propose features, test releases, and document workflows • Track and benchmark emerging models and techniques and recommend adoption or pilots • Perform quality checks for color, composition, and brand alignment • Ensure deliverables meet creative standards and client expectations across paid social, digital displays, and print • Run walkthroughs, write documentation, coach team members, and partner with creative leads on feasibility, effort, and timelines

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a creative production or AI-focused role • Proven experience delivering AI-generated content for commercial use • Proficient in multiple AI generation platforms and workflows, including Flux, Midjourney, Gemini image models, and ComfyUI • Skilled in model training for product or branded imagery • Strong design sensibility with ability to align AI outputs to specific brand styles • Demonstrated experimentation and successful integration of emerging AI solutions in real-world campaigns • Exceptional communication skills; comfortable leading discussions with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Excel knowledge and typing test • Resume submitted in English
