• Engage the model on complex instructional scenarios • Validate whether its understanding of pedagogical concepts reflects best-in-class teaching practice • Evaluate AI outputs for clarity and correctness • Analyze subtle reasoning errors and document gaps in logic
🎯 Requirements
• Deep expertise in instruction and structured reasoning • Prior experience as a TA, tutor, lecturer, or course creator is highly valued • Experience with platforms like Udemy, Coursera, or Udacity • Ability to communicate with high empathy and high rigor
