📋 Description
• Lead the FINS workstream internally by coaching more junior consultants • Manage the design and delivery of Workday projects • Work closely with all other Consultants within the Financial workstream • Manage cross-functional impacts with other domain leads • Assist in budgetary accountability for projects • Serve as the Area Architect for projects
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of Workday Compensation configuration experience • Workday implementation/project experience • Strong Microsoft Excel skills • Strong communication and client-facing skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
