• Hbo werk- en denkniveau • Kennis van recruitment, ervaring met het werven van hogere profielen is een pré • Commerciële instelling en het vermogen om kansen in de markt te herkennen en te benutten • Rijbewijs B • Uitstekende communicatieve en schriftelijke vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels • Zelfstandige en flexibele werkhouding, bereid om vanuit verschillende Invite-vestigingen te werken • Proactieve houding en de drive om het hoogst haalbare te bereiken • Beschikbaar voor 32 tot 40 uur per week
