• As the Product Manager for this new product, you will be the focal point between the market problem and the technological solution. Your mission will be: • Domain Immersion: Use your prior experience in negotiations, trade marketing, sell-in, sell-out and the dynamics of budget/discount/promotion agreements between Manufacturers and Retailers to identify the most critical pain points and the biggest opportunities for value. • Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the product’s long-term vision, building a roadmap that balances market needs, business objectives and technical capacity, ensuring we always target the most innovative and scalable solution. • Continuous Product Discovery: Lead the full Discovery cycle in an environment of uncertainty (innovation). This includes in-depth interviews with key stakeholders (Commercial, Finance, Sales, Trade), hypothesis validation through MVPs and prototypes, and translating complex insights into clear features. • Innovation and Disruption: Go beyond digitizing the process. We seek someone who leverages technology (including potential use of LLMs/AI) to create solutions that enhance the performance and transparency of agreements, delivering tangible and measurable value to customers.
• Relevant Experience: Knowledge of the dynamics of commercial agreements, negotiations and relationships between Industry (Consumer Goods/CPG) and Retail (E-commerce and/or Offline). • Innovative Product Mindset: Ability to operate in early-stage products (Zero to One), lead by influence and focus on business outcomes rather than just features. • Customer Focus (B2B): Ability to understand the complex journey of B2B users (Buyers, Key Account Managers, Financial Analysts) and design solutions that address their needs with excellence. • Data Expertise: Strong analytical skills to define success metrics (OKRs and KPIs), analyze product impact and make data-driven decisions rather than relying on intuition. • Nice-to-have: Spanish.
