• Strategic account identification: collaborate with sales teams to identify high-value accounts to target; • Account profiling (dossier creation): create detailed profiles of target accounts, including company information, challenges, objectives, decision-makers, etc.; • Account segmentation: based on selected profiles, assist in segmenting accounts into different groups according to specific needs; • Creation of personalized marketing strategies: execute customized communication and engagement campaigns and programs to generate new opportunities within mapped accounts, including creation of segmented lists, content definition, event organization and development of media campaigns tailored to their specific needs and challenges; • Orchestrate actions with other marketing areas such as PR, Events, Design and Paid Media; • Monitor, analyze and measure results: responsible for analyzing and measuring ABM campaign performance, evaluating ROI, making adjustments and presenting results to all stakeholders; • Prepare and deliver weekly, biweekly and monthly results presentations with partner teams to monitor the key KPIs important to achieving the ABM program objectives.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or related fields; • Experience planning and executing ABM campaigns targeted at large B2B accounts; • Experience with global clients; • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions; • Familiarity with the sales cycle; • Deep knowledge of marketing funnels and sales processes; • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems; • Results-oriented mindset; • Advanced Spanish.
