📋 Description

• Develop software as a Junior Backend Engineer • Work on software development projects alongside international teams • Gain hands-on experience with real-world systems • Help support scalable applications • Apply coding best practices such as SOLID and TDD • Collaborate with international clients • Participate in mentorship and personal growth opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of Software Development experience, preferably with Golang or Python • Familiarity with Golang or Python in web development environments • Formal hands-on experience as a Software Developer in at least one real project • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field • Understanding of coding best practices, such as SOLID and TDD • Strong English communication skills — minimum high B2; C1 preferred • Send your application and CV in English (mandatory) • Based in Ecuador • Experience or knowledge of AWS and its core services is nice to have • Familiarity with frontend tools such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React or Next.js is nice to have
