📋 Description

• Work on projects ranging from innovative startups to globally recognized brands • Build reliable backend systems and collaborate with international teams • Connect with experienced professionals who align with our clients’ technical needs, vision, and culture • Complete an initial interview and participate in a talent pool for future opportunities • Valid role-specific requirements when a matching client need arises

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of professional experience in software development • Strong hands-on experience with Golang backend development • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) • Experience designing, building, and maintaining backend services and APIs • Experience working with databases, either SQL or NoSQL • Familiarity with microservices, distributed systems, or cloud-based architectures • Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and improving backend applications • Familiarity with testing practices and tools such as unit and integration testing, and mocks • Solid understanding of backend architecture, clean code principles, and software design patterns • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Strong English communication skills - Minimum B2 level proficiency, C1 preferred
