📋 Description

• Develop backend software with Google Ads integration • Work primarily with Python and PostgreSQL • Use Redis caching systems • Apply AI tools such as Claude Code or Codex in daily development • Work with AWS, Datadog, messaging systems, and Kubernetes • Collaborate closely with non-technical teams and external vendors • Ask questions and clarify requirements • Work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment • Deliver software engineering services for clients ranging from startups to globally recognized brands

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as Backend Engineer • At least 1–2 years of recent hands-on Python experience • Experience with Google Ads Integration • Experience with caching systems such as Redis • Practical knowledge of using AI in the daily development flow, with tools like Claude Code or Codex • Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL • Familiarity with AWS • Experience using Datadog or other monitoring tools • Knowledge of RabbitMQ or Kafka; hands-on experience is a plus • Familiarity with Kubernetes • Advanced English proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills • Application and CV in English are mandatory • Based in Latin America
