📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end development, from designing reliable software architecture to building scalable services. • Proactively resolve blockers and maintain high standards of code quality and performance in fast-paced environments.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional experience as a Software Engineer or in a similar capacity. • Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks (such as Python, Node.js, Go, Java, or React/Next.js). • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP. • Strong understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms. • Interest or practical experience in leveraging LLMs and AI tools to optimize development workflows. • Ability to adapt to different tech stacks and project requirements. • Strong ownership mindset and proactive communication skills. • English communication skills – Minimum B2 level proficiency. • Based in Latin America.
