📋 Description

• Work closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams for a luxury e-commerce company • Conduct business analysis and requirements gathering • Manage stakeholders across merchandising, operations, finance, marketing, and customer experience • Translate business needs into clear requirements and technical solutions • Build internal applications using AI tools • Prototype LLM and automation solutions • Help take successful ideas into production • Collaborate with international clients

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in a client-facing technical role, such as Technical Consulting, Solutions Engineering, Technical Business Analysis, Product Engineering, or a similar role • Hands-on software development experience • Strong experience working directly with customers or business stakeholders • Proven experience conducting requirements gathering • Experience using AI-assisted development tools • Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into technical requirements and actionable engineering work • Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts, limitations, and trade-offs to non-technical audiences • Strong English communication skills - Minimum B2 level proficiency • Send your application and CV in English (mandatory) • Based in Latin America
