📋 Description

• Support competitor analysis and pricing intelligence across European EV charging markets • Research and monitor competitor pricing and prepare structured overviews and benchmarks • Document IONITY app features, user flows and release updates in Confluence and internal wikis • Benchmark competitor apps against IONITY's digital product and identify gaps and improvement opportunities • Support regular KPI reporting using PowerBI dashboards and internal data sources • Flag unusual patterns and help translate performance data into actionable insights • Assist with IONITY charging card order management, issuance tracking and stakeholder coordination • Support tariff configuration and maintenance for IONITY Go, IONITY Motion and IONITY Power • Prepare configuration files and quality-check tariff data before go-live • Collect, structure and analyse customer reviews and feedback • Summarise customer experience themes and present insights to the team

🎯 Requirements

• Currently studying towards a university degree in Management Economics, Business Management, IT, Engineering or similar fields • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) • First knowledge of Jira, Confluence and mobile app development is advantageous • Knowledge of e-mobility and the charging industry • Good communication skills • Fluent in English and German required • Good analytical thinking and customer focus • Highly motivated self-starter with a flexible, can-do attitude • Availability for a minimum of 12 months
