📋 Description

• Lead and execute Ipas' individual giving strategy, expanding relationships with major and principal donors while increasing unrestricted philanthropic revenue. • Personally cultivate, solicit, and steward a portfolio of transformational donors and prospects. • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Individual Giving team. • Partner with executive leadership and colleagues across Development, Communications, Finance, and global programs to strengthen donor engagement and organizational philanthropy. • Utilize fundraising analytics, portfolio management, and strategic planning to drive long-term fundraising success and operational excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated success securing major and principal gifts, including six- and seven-figure philanthropic investments. • Experience leading an individual giving, major gifts, or principal gifts fundraising program. • Proven ability to lead and develop fundraising professionals. • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and strategic planning skills. • Experience developing donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies. • Passion for advancing human rights, reproductive freedom, gender equity, or related social justice causes. • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
