📋 Description

• Implement ingestion of structured and unstructured data from internal systems, APIs, and external services; • Develop, maintain, and manage scalable transformations and ETL/ELT pipelines; • Model data in Data Lake / Lakehouse architectures using Delta Lake; • Maintain, manage, and structure Bronze / Silver / Gold layers following governance and standardization best practices; • Implement, maintain, and manage data quality rules, governance policies, data cataloging, and data security; • Define and evolve the corporate data architecture (Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Lakehouse, etc.); • Ensure scalability, security, and performance of data & analytics solutions; • Oversee and provide technical leadership for implementing and maintaining data architecture and engineering best practices (CI/CD, version control, testing, deployment, etc.); • Evaluate and select data & analytics technologies and tools (ETL, orchestration, storage, processing, optimization, etc.); • Assess market trends and propose continuous improvements; • Support analytics, analytics engineering, data science, and AI teams; • Monitor and ensure data quality, integrity, and availability.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience working with data engineering and data architecture teams. • Systemic thinking, critical thinking, negotiation, communication, initiative, curiosity, and a bias for action / willingness to challenge the status quo. • Data Engineering, Data Analysis, Microsoft Azure (data & analytics stack – Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks (with Unity Catalog), Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Azure Machine Learning, Azure Analysis Services, Logic Apps, Azure Automation Account, Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Event Hub). • Languages: SQL, Python; Agile methodologies; CI/CD (Azure DevOps). • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields (data engineering, data architecture).
